MATH PLUS is a Migrant Education Program Consortium Incentive Grant (CIG) designed in response to substantial needs identified in migrant students in the lead state of Texas and the consortium receiving states of Arkansas, Illinois, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, and Wisconsin. MATH PLUS features interstate and intrastate coordination to provide the most highly mobile students with research- and evidence-based curriculum, instruction, and supportive services that address their special needs. The goal of MATH PLUS is to operate a high quality consortium that improves the intrastate and interstate coordination of migrant education programs by addressing key needs of migratory children who have had their education interrupted.
