Mathematics Achievement = Success (MAS) is a Migrant Education Program Consortium Incentive Grant (CIG) designed in response to substantial needs identified in migrant students in the lead state of Texas and the consortium receiving states of Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Missouri, Montana, New York, and Wisconsin (plus Hawaii participating as a partner state not competing for CIG funds). The goal of MAS is to increase migrant student achievement in mathematics through a multi-state consortium that provides high-quality K-12 curriculum, instruction, assessment, innovative uses of technology, professional development, and parent involvement through interstate and intrastate collaboration.

Beyond offering a high-quality curriculum in both classroom and home-based settings, MAS will achieve success by aligning intensive professional development, technology tools to support the delivery of instruction for teachers and students, and meaningful migrant parent involvement activities and materials to enhance student achievement.
